Light your Smudge Stick. Wait for it to start burning, then gently blow out the flames. Fan the swirls of smoke around your body from head to toe with your hands or feather, direct the smoke on the chakra where there are blockages and/or physical or emotional pain. Visualize the smoke lifting away all the negative emotions connected to that chakra.
